- Newsletter
- Daily Scoop
- Enrollment and Orientation
- Reception Desk
- Employment (Transitional & Supported Employment & Assisted Competitive Employment (it’s the same as SE, just a different funding source)
- Supported Education
- Advocacy
- Thrift Shop (called “Attic Treasures”)
- Data entry of attendance and monthly levels of service.
Kitchen
- Daily meals following NYS Dept. of Health meal pattern
- Wellness
- Food Pantry
- Parties
Administrative
- Fiscal oversight
- Supply orders
- Oversee committees
- Transportation program
- Recreation program
- Funding source reporting
- Grant writing
- New project oversight
- Annual member satisfaction surveys
- Coordinating all aspects of trainings & seminars (registration to flight plans)
- Managing relationships with vendors
- Hiring Committee
- Maintaining relationships with VESID, ICCD, and Foothold Technology
